  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong item).
  5. Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided in the RA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refund Process

Exchanges
